Prior to Global Operations, he held various positions in the Business Group Mobile Networks and in Sales. Markus is an evangelist in Radio Communication Networks and advised network operators in Middle East, India and Asia on technology and platform migration. He is a frequently requested speaker to National Operators and Government bodies. He is passionate about Industrial Communication for factories, IoT sensing and 5G use cases that create value for people and improve productivity in enterprises.
Markus has a background in telecommunication, transportation and safety systems. He presents solutions based on his hands-on experience in communication networks deployment and proposes new approaches to secure benefits for rural areas.
