4 excuses to prevent delegation
Many bosses like to delegate only uninteresting routine tasks to their employees. Some of the favorite reasons for not delegating more demanding tasks are listed below.
1. It takes too long to instruct employees about the new tasks.
2. I have to spend too much time checking the work and the results.
3. My employees don't have the necessary skills nor the motivation.
4. If something goes wrong, it all comes back to me anyway.
